Where we ship

Cinderglow ships to addresses in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Ireland. The Flame Diffuser is available in all of these countries. The other diffusers in our collection (Steam Train, Snow Globe, Campfire, Steamship and Volcano) ship to the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Belgium; the Snow Globe and the Campfire also ship to Ireland. The scent oils currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery time

Every order is processed within 1 to 3 business days after you place it.

  • United States, Flame Diffuser and scent oils: orders ship from a U.S. warehouse and are delivered 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Most arrive within 4 to 10 business days in total.
  • United States, all other diffusers in our collection: orders ship from our overseas warehouse and usually arrive 7 to 14 days after you order.
  • Australia: orders ship from our international warehouse and are delivered 8 to 16 business days after they ship.
  • New Zealand: orders ship from our international warehouse and are delivered 7 to 14 business days after they ship.
  • Singapore: orders ship from our international warehouse and are delivered 5 to 10 business days after they ship.
  • Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Ireland: orders ship from our international warehouse and are delivered 8 to 20 business days after they ship.

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, holidays, customs and carrier delays can add time.

Prices, duties and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. For orders to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore we do not charge GST, and an order of this size is normally delivered without import duty or tax.

For orders to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Ireland the price at checkout is the full price. We prepay the import VAT when the parcel is shipped, so there is normally nothing left to pay on delivery. If a carrier or customs office still asks you for a charge, send us the receipt through the contact page and we refund it.

What is in the box

The Flame Diffuser is powered by USB-C and comes with a USB-C cable. A wall adapter is not included. For every other diffuser, the product page lists how it is powered and what comes with it. Diffusers with a mains plug are sent with the plug used in your country.

Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the link to show the first update.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, for example a diffuser together with scent oils or two different diffusers, the items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away through the contact page. We can change the address as long as the order has not shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
