Orders and prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, or in your local currency if you order from outside the United States. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was shown incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Products

We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. Product details such as dimensions and run time are approximate.

Using the diffuser safely

The Cinderglow diffuser is an electrical device that works with water. Read the instructions included in the box before first use. Use it only as described, place it on a flat and water-resistant surface, keep it out of reach of children and pets, and unplug it before filling or cleaning. Scent oils are for use in a diffuser only. Do not swallow them or apply them to skin.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

The texts, images and design of this site belong to Cinderglow or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cinderglow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
